Lucy has years of experience in Eventing, Dressage and Show jumping and has worked with horses since leaving school.
She was lucky enough to work as head girl for a local professional event rider, during which time she was involved in all aspects of preparing event horses, from 4 year olds to the more experienced for competition. At that point in her career she was nominated for the BEF Groom Of The Year Award and reached the final 7 from a National selection. Lucy enjoys travelling and has worked in New Zealand as a riding instructor at an RDA Therapy Centre.
Lucy currently works as a free-lance riding instructor and groom and also works with farm stock milking sheep - Yes sheep! - lambing and calving. When she has any spare time she loves to go skiing and enjoys cycling.
